A data source is any distinct integration point or file type connected to Carbonkindle — e.g., a utility bill CSV, a fuel purchase spreadsheet, a NetSuite export. The 5-source limit on Measure is rarely hit for single-entity Scope 1/2 reporting.
Yes. Your inventory data carries over. Many customers start with Measure for their first GHG inventory and upgrade to Report when they begin CSRD preparation. Contact us when you're ready.
Yes. CSRD is a CSRD-specific obligation, but a GHG Protocol inventory is the standard for any voluntary or investor-requested disclosure — CDP reporting, SBTi base year submission, TCFD alignment, and lender sustainability covenants all rely on it. The Measure tier is fully useful without a CSRD obligation.
